NFL Draft
NFL Draft day has finally come! How did your team fare? Do you agree with the picks? Do you agree with Mel Kiper? Or would you like to ruffle his hair a little? I know I would!
I think the Giants did well on the whole, though Phillips seemed like the obvious first round pick. Bit surprised we went for another DB in Round 2, but it's never bad to build up young, fast, ball-hawking guys in the secondary and we did take a few LB's later on.
Some interesting late round picks with Manningham and the QB from Kentucky. Hopefully Toomer can take the fellow MI alum under his belt. And J-Load's days seem numbered!
Otherwise I suppose the big news was Shockey's still a Giant which I doesn't really shock me (sorry) very much at all. I say the more weapons the better as history has shown how tough it is coming back the year after you win it all.

I don't know about the Count-Chocula reference... Given this guy's hairline, you might try Frankenberry, instead.
But Frankenberry has no hair!
